Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Manila is seeking an experienced IT System Management Officer to oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of our IT systems. You will ensure reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure and support other departments as needed.

The role requires strong knowledge of IT systems, security practices, and experience with servers, networks, and software deployment, along with the ability to work with vendors and drive IT projects to on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT system management or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure and security.
• Experience with server management, network administration, and software deployment.
• Proficiency with IT management tools and virtualization.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization's IT systems, including servers, networks, and software applications.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and upgrading of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability of IT services.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect the organization's data and systems from threats.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner, providing support to users across the organization.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to procure IT equipment and services.
• Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in IT technology and best practices.
