Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years in IT program/project management for engineering and/or design organizations.
• PMP certification required; PgMP certification is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong technical fluency across IT infrastructure and engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering and Design leaders to define program scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies aligned to IT strategy and standards.
• Lead cross-functional execution rituals and maintain program artifacts (roadmaps, RAID/logs, action trackers).
• Drive intake, prioritization, and capacity planning for IT-supported initiatives with clear acceptance criteria and SLAs.
• Coordinate across IT infrastructure domains to plan delivery and ensure operational readiness.
• Track progress across workstreams; surface tradeoffs and drive timely decisions using data and dashboards.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage changes, escalations, and stakeholder expectations with options and impacts.
• Promote security, compliance, reliability, and supportability in partnership with InfoSec and IT Operations.
