Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1+ year of IT work experience preferred; fresh graduates considered.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with networking and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good understanding of ICT systems, tools and best practices.
• Familiar with ICT policies, procedures and security guidelines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Demonstrates responsibility, confidentiality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and monitors the network system, intranet and internet system in good condition.
• Ensures computer units and peripherals are well-maintained with regular preventive maintenance.
• Coordinates with service providers for maintenance of peripherals such as printers and scanners.
• Maintains software licenses and updates; ensures applications are properly installed and updated.
• Provides technical support to all users and records support activities.
• Monitors backup activity of the file server according to schedule.
• Supports teammates in their tasks and department improvement projects.
• Maintains 6S in the working area while providing technical support.
• Adheres to ICT policies and procedures.
• Maintains good working relations with peers and superiors.
