Job summary

Meralco PowerGen (MGEN) is seeking an Information Systems Audit Officer in the Philippines. You will lead IT audit projects, evaluate controls, and advise management on governance and cybersecurity risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS or related discipline.
• 2–4 years IT audit, cybersecurity assessment, or risk management experience.
• Working knowledge of COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001 or similar standards.
• Certification (or working toward) CISA, CISM or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems and audit tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT audit plans and evaluate internal controls for risk.
• Perform IT general and application control reviews across systems.
• Prepare working papers and audit reports with evidence.
• Advise on IT governance and cybersecurity risk management.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure understanding and action on findings.
