Job summary

Wsu Group Companies in the Philippines is seeking an IT Support Specialist to set up, manage and troubleshoot technology systems, ensuring reliable networks and data integrity for the organization. The role focuses on maintaining hardware and software, supporting staff, and ensuring security across the IT stack.

Responsibilities include reviewing diagnostics, implementing security measures, monitoring certificates, providing staff support, and installing software/hardware as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• 6 days per week work availability; daily rate with meal allowance.
• Basic understanding of security practices and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Review diagnostics and assess system functionality and efficiency.
• Implement security measures to protect data and networks.
• Monitor security certificates and company compliance requirements.
• Offer technical support to staff and troubleshoot computer problems
• Install and update company software and hardware as needed.
• Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items.
