iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking an IT Helpdesk/Desktop specialist in Manila. You will manage onboarding/offboarding, CMDB, software licenses, and hardware support to keep our global teams connected. Strong customer service and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications include 3–5 years in IT Helpdesk, expertise in Windows deployment and Office 365, and ITIL/HDI certifications. The role may require after-hours support and collaboration with remote leads.

Formación

3-5 years of hands-on IT Helpdesk & Desktop experience.
Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to support Director+ roles including Executives and Executive Admins.
Excellent Customer Service First/Customer compassionate mindset.
Must communicate effectively with a non-technical end user community.
High energy and ability to work independently in a fast growth environment.
Flexible in a fast growing and evolving environment.
Experience with Microsoft operating systems, deployment, imaging solutions, Office 365.

Responsabilidades

On/Off-boarding logistics: process new hire requests, image and deploy laptops.
CMDB management: keep inventories and allocations up to date.
Procurement: ensure inventory levels and report monthly spend.
Software & Cloud license management: manage Office 365, Adobe, security tools, backups, remote tools.
Hardware support: install, configure, repair, maintain PCs and peripherals.
Smart Hands: provide remote site support and coordinate with third-party technicians.
Project & New Technology Support as required.
