Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Enterprise Integration Architect to lead strategy, governance, and architecture direction of a global EAI service for a multinational FMCG organization. You will drive standards across API management, messaging, event streaming, cloud integration, SAP, and iPaaS.

The role requires 15+ years in enterprise integration, strong leadership of multi-region teams, and a track record in governance, AI-enabled modernization, and measurable service improvements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Enterprise Integration Architecture with leadership across multiple technologies.
• 10+ years leading Integration Architecture teams, governance, or centers of excellence.
• Expertise in API management, messaging, event streaming, iPaaS, SAP integration, and cloud integration.
• Strong knowledge of API-led, event-driven, cloud-native, and hybrid integration architectures.
• Experience in governance frameworks, standards, reusable patterns, and roadmaps.
• Executive stakeholder management, consulting, facilitation, and decision-making skills.
• Experience leading global, multi-region service delivery organizations.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, security architecture, observability, resilience, and service management.
• Proven success in driving innovation, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise integration strategies, architecture principles, standards, and roadmaps.
• Provide leadership across API, messaging, streaming, iPaaS, MFT/B2B, SAP integration, and cloud domains.
• Establish governance frameworks, review processes, compliance controls, and decision standards.
• Lead architecture assessments, solution reviews, and technical consulting for complex needs.
• Drive innovation programs including AI-assisted engineering and modernization initiatives.
• Sponsor PoCs and convert outcomes into reusable assets and best practices.
• Partner with stakeholders to align integration capabilities with business priorities.
• Lead globally distributed teams of architects, consultants, and specialists.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives; ensure risk management and reporting.
