Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an IT Service Center technician to resolve customer and internal user technical issues, following SLAs and standard procedures. You will act as a liaison between users and IT, handle inquiries, and maintain a professional service experience.

The role requires knowledge of Microsoft technologies (O365, Teams, OneDrive), remote support, and ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Salesforce. You should be flexible with schedules and able to work in a hybrid setup, including onsite

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a technical support role, preferably with Global IT Service Desk background.
• Strong English communication, problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience with remote control technologies and ITSM Tool (ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.) in a multi-vendor environment preferred.
• Applicable technical certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and respond to inquiries as per SLAs.
• Resolve issues related to Microsoft technologies (O365, Teams, OneDrive) and account management.
• Triaging incidents, documenting findings, and facilitating appropriate resolutions.
• Work in a hybrid setup with flexible schedules and possible team reassignment.
• Support across multiple service lines as business needs evolve.
