Job summary

FWD Insurance seeks a Head of Enterprise Architecture to define and govern the organization’s architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and transformation goals.

You will lead architecture governance, set standards, drive strategic technology investments, and partner with IT and business leaders to enable scalable, secure platforms across core insurance domains.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in enterprise architecture or related leadership roles.
• Proven track record delivering architecture strategy and roadmaps at scale.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise architecture vision, principles, and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and policies for architecture programs.
• Lead architecture review boards and guide complex technology decisions and trade-offs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and security alignment in architectural decisions.
• Partner with senior business and IT leaders to enable scalable, secure platforms across core domains.
