Job summary

IBEX is seeking an AM IT Security resource with a strong background in Network and Cyber Security to protect IBEX infrastructure. You will coordinate and support the IT Security Roadmap and security processes to safeguard IBEX Global assets.

The role involves overseeing enterprise security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management with a focus on embedding security controls across networks and cloud environments. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end security operations.
• Strong incident response and remediation guidance.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC 2 frameworks.
• Proven ability to coordinate with IT and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise security operations and monitoring across infrastructure.
• Lead incident response, containment, and resolution of security incidents.
• Drive vulnerability management, risk prioritization, and remediation tracking with IT teams.
• Ensure enforcement of security baselines and hardening across networks and systems.
• Coordinate with IT infrastructure, application, and business teams to embed security in operations.
