Job summary

IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking an AM IT Security resource with a strong background in Network and Cyber Security to drive the IT Security Roadmap and protect IBEX assets.

You will oversee security operations, lead incident response, and coordinate vulnerability management across all networks and cloud environments, collaborating with IT, application, and business teams to embed security in operations. Experience in PCI-DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001 and CIS Controls is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise security operations.
• Strong incident response and forensics capabilities.
• Proven ability to drive vulnerability management.
• Knowledge of PCI-DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001 and CIS Controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations across infrastructure.
• Lead incident response and remediation.
• Coordinate vulnerability management and risk prioritization.
• Ensure PCI-DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, CIS controls compliance.
• Manage security technologies including NGFW, IDS/IPS, SIEM, IAM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security.
