Job summary

Union Bank of the Philippines is seeking an IT Risk Officer to support IT risk governance, optimization, and administration. The role requires coordinating with Information Technology, Information Security, Internal Audit, and Data Privacy to balance growth with IT risk posture.

The IT Risk Officer represents the 2nd line of defense, driving risk identification, monitoring, and reporting, while coordinating with business stakeholders. Office location is UB Plaza, Pasig.

• Ability to communicate risk findings to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement IT Risk Management policy and procedures.
• Operationalize and maintain the IT Risk Management program, coordinating risk assessments.
• Apprise IT risks to the IT Risk Management Head, executives, and stakeholders via reports and dashboards.
• Design and implement IT Risk Management methodologies and tools to facilitate risk identification, monitoring, mitigation, and reporting.
• Lead and execute the implementation of IT Risk Management tools.
• Represent the unit in varying capacities on IT risk matters as assigned by the ITRM Head.
• Support the ITRM Head in updating write-ups and producing internal/external reports and assessments.
• Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned by the ITRM Head.
