Zusammenfassung

ING is seeking an IT Risk Officer to partner with DevOps squads, risk teams and auditors to strengthen IT controls and risk governance. You will ensure evidence management across our technology environment, working in an Agile setting to improve risk processes and controls and to support global stakeholders.

You will drive control assessments, evidence collection, and risk mitigation activities while promoting accountability and risk awareness across ING’s international banking operations.

Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of IT risk processes within an IT environment.
• Experience with IT risk standards and control frameworks.
• Ability to communicate and present risk procedures clearly.

Aufgaben

• Act as a central point of contact for IT risk assessments and control evidence requirements.
• Monitor, track, and manage deviations from established IT risk controls.
• Partner with DevOps squads to implement and demonstrate effective controls.
• Facilitate discussions between first‑line and second‑line risk teams.
• Conduct walkthroughs and provide support during audits.
• Support due diligence reviews of third‑party vendors.
• Define, document, and improve risk processes and control evidence practices.
• Contribute to risk automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate risk topics clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
