Job summary

CTO Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager Level 2 to independently manage client IT projects of medium to high complexity, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, resolve issues, and mentor junior project managers, while building strong client relationships. You will drive risk management, KPI tracking, and stakeholder communications, contribute to process improvements, and prepare status reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of IT project management experience managing multiple projects.
• Proven PM experience in IT or software development.
• Solid understanding of software development and web technologies.
• Excellent organizational and client-facing skills.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and PM practices.
• Familiarity with PM tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage project scope, schedule, and cost independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and track progress.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
• Monitor project performance using defined KPIs and metrics.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior project managers and provide performance feedback.
