The IT Project Manager – Digital Transformation leads technology-driven projects that streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and support business goals. The role oversees end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering and process assessment to system implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch support, while managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and vendors. Working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams, the role drives process automation, system integration, change management, and user adoption to deliver measurable improvements.
