Aurecon Group is seeking an IT Project Manager in Manila to lead end-to-end delivery of global connectivity initiatives. You will translate business outcomes into governance-ready delivery plans, align stakeholders and technical teams, and ensure readiness for operations.
The role may manage one complex initiative or several concurrent projects, requiring strong vendor coordination, risk management and cross-functional collaboration across locations.
The core purpose of the IT Project Manager role is to lead the end-to-end delivery of global internal technology initiatives, with primary focus on Connectivity. The role turns agreed business outcomes into well-governed delivery plans, aligns stakeholders and technical teams, and ensures solutions are ready for operational support. The role may manage one complex initiative or several concurrent projects and product changes, depending on scale, risk and delivery priorities.
The IT Project Manager is accountable for the following (but not limited to):
Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with business, technology, and vendor stakeholders. Drive alignment on objectives, priorities, scope, decisions, and delivery outcomes. Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions in a clear and timely manner.
Governance & Control Establish and maintain appropriate project governance, reporting, and delivery controls. Manage project plans, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. Ensure required approvals, stage gates, and operational readiness activities are completed.
Core Delivery Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and dependencies to deliver successful business outcomes. Drive proactive risk management, issue resolution, and escalation to maintain delivery momentum. Ensure solutions are successfully transitioned to support with clear ownership and documentation.
Initiatives may be local, regional or global and may involve a single technical workstream or multiple interdependent workstreams delivered across business locations, cloud platforms, infrastructure teams and external suppliers.
