Job summary

Hitachi Digital Payment Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager in the Metro Manila area to lead and deliver fintech projects for banking clients.

You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients on requirements and priorities, and guide initiatives from pre-sales to post-launch support. The role requires 5–7 years of project management experience, a related Bachelor's degree, and strong leadership and client-facing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in project management.
• Experience in banking or Fintech industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and delivering projects.
• Responsible for providing support and maintaining live systems
• Work with clients for their requirements and prioritization
• Work with technical teams for solutions and implementation for successful projects
• Providing technical support throughout entire project life cycle, including pre-sales requirement analysis & documentation, project planning, implementation and post-launch support
• Reviewing data collected through requirement gathering sessions, analyzing important business data and presenting the Software Requirement Specifications, User Manuals & Change Request Forms
• Ensuring resource availability and allocation
• Adhering to Project Management discipline and standards; provide input and insight for improvement as necessary
• Conducting Business Analysis Compliance Checking, obtaining Software Requirement
• Specification Sign Offs and Customer Acceptance
• Communicating with all the stakeholders effectively
• Monitor the project cost and other project related spending.
