Job summary

IT Managers Inc. in Dumaguete, Philippines, seeks a senior IT leader to drive the company’s IT strategy and operations in a fast-paced BPO environment.

You will oversee infrastructure, systems, networks, and applications, lead a skilled IT team, manage budgets and vendors, and ensure security and regulatory compliance across cloud environments (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• At least 5 years of IT management or leadership experience.
• Must have BPO/Call Center experience.
• Strong experience in IT infrastructure, systems, and network administration.
• Experience managing AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, IT governance, risk management, and data privacy.
• Experience in IT project management, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• IT certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or CCNP are an advantage.
