Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an IT Program & Project Manager in a hybrid setup in Metro Manila to lead complex programs, plan and control resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.

The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 4–8 years of related experience, advanced MS Office and Planview skills, strong communication, and ability to work US hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–8 years of related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PPT).
• Planview knowledge (Project & Portfolio Management) preferred.
• Financial acumen with project budgets up to USD 5M preferred.
• Presentation skills required; clear articulation of plans.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize; plan, organize, monitor, and conclude a project.
• Willing to work US hours in a hybrid setup (BGC).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of project management initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling and closing processes.
• Monitors performance and recommends scope, schedule, budget or resource adjustments.
• Communicates project status to stakeholders.
• Balances constraints including scope, quality, schedule, funding, resources, and risk.
• Connects project objectives to broader organizational goals.
• Establishes and maintains key cross-functional relationships.
• Negotiates with stakeholders to obtain necessary resources.
• Develops integrated deployment plans across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinates among cross-functional owners to ensure alignment with program timeline.
• Triages implementation issues, creates risk & issue logs and mitigation plans.
• Prepares detailed deployment plans and uses transition tools.
• Leads go-live support to identify and resolve risks and issues.
