Job summary

Tech Mahindra Philippines is hiring an IT Portfolio Analyst to help govern technology initiatives with Azure DevOps and Power BI. In Makati, this hybrid role supports governance, reporting, and dashboard delivery across multiple projects.

You will partner with Tech Leads and stakeholders, maintain data in Azure DevOps and other systems, and contribute to roadmap planning and portfolio prioritization. The ideal candidate has a degree and at least 3 years of PMO or portfolio management experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in PMO, portfolio management, project governance, IT operations, business analysis, or execution support.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Targetprocess, Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, or similar portfolio, reporting, and collaboration tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work with incomplete information, and effectively coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience supporting portfolio reporting, governance processes, data analysis, and leadership reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio governance, execution tracking, and reporting activities across technology initiatives.
• Partner with Technology Leads, Managers, and stakeholders to track priorities, milestones, risks, and action items.
• Coordinate recurring governance activities, meetings, deliverables, and portfolio reviews.
• Maintain portfolio, resource, architecture, and operational data in tools such as Azure DevOps and other systems of record.
• Monitor portfolio performance, analyze trends, and identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, and leadership-ready summaries to support decision-making.
• Support roadmap planning, resource management, workforce planning, and portfolio prioritization activities.
• Assist with architecture governance, CMDB updates, technology inventories, and related documentation.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance with governance standards, and alignment with portfolio management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, data quality, transparency, and execution effectiveness.

Your Day-to-Day

What We're Looking For

Nice-to-Have

• Experience developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI or Excel.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, Azure DevOps (ADO), portfolio metrics, and performance reporting.
• Understanding of portfolio planning, strategic prioritization, resource management, and capacity planning.
• Experience supporting technology roadmaps, architecture governance, CMDB, or data quality initiatives.
• Exposure to process automation, workflow improvement, or continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Setup

• Location: Makati, hybrid setup (2 days work from office)
• Shift: Dayshift, Monday to Friday
