Job summary

Systems Accountants is seeking an experienced IT PMO to lead the setup and migration to a new office location in Madrid and wider European sites. The interim role involves coordinating IT infrastructure and systems deployment, testing, and relocation activities with business stakeholders and the IT PMO.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project management, risk management, milestone definition, and progress reporting to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• IT PMO experience with office setups or relocations.
• Experience managing IT infrastructure and IT operations projects.
• Strong communication in English; French preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the set up and migration to new office locations end-to-end.
• Project Management of IT infrastructure and systems set-up.
• End-to-end delivery including stakeholder engagement and issue resolution.
• Track and report project progress within scope, time, and budget.
• Define milestones, monitor progress, and manage internal and external stakeholders.
