Qualifications

• Experience driving governance rituals and cross-stream meetings.
• Track QA support requests and ensure timely resolution across streams.
• Maintain and improve release processes and related documentation.
• Produce consolidated status reporting for senior management.

Responsibilities

• IT PM for QA & Release Teams.
• Run governance rituals: schedule meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, drive follow-ups to closure.
• Track and follow up QA support requests across business and IT streams; monitor status.
• Track dependencies across Dev, QA, Config, Environment, Ops, Production Support and escalate blockers.
• Maintain and improve release and QA process documentation on Confluence/SharePoint.
• Produce consolidated status reporting and dashboards for senior management, including risk tracking.
• Support Release & QA Management lead with workload coordination and PMO activities.
