• Available to commit to a 5-month internship starting October 16, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day IT support
• Support hardware and software troubleshooting
• Help with laptop setup, reformatting, and OS installation (Windows/Mac)
• Assist in user account setup and configuration
• Gain experience in end-user support through shadowing and reverse shadowing
• Learn about device compliance and cloud-managed environments
