IT Operations & Infrastructure Management: Proven ability to manage multi-site networks, hybrid cloud environments (AWS/Azure), virtualized servers, and data center operations.
Process & Framework Alignment: Practical familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or ISO IT governance standards.
Process Automation & Modernization: Exposure to operational digitization tools (e.g., workflow automations, low-code extensions like Power Apps/AppSheet, or enterprise reporting platforms like Power BI/SQL) to optimize routine IT tasks.
Incident & DR Planning: Track record in running structured Incident Management frameworks and disaster recovery testing.
Executive Communication: Excellent capability to translate complex technical constraints into clear business language for non-technical leadership.
Vendor Management: Sharp negotiation and vendor accountability skills.
People Management: A hands-on coach who knows how to uplift engineers and build cohesive technical teams.
(Any of the following is a strong plus)
ITIL Foundation / Intermediate
Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt)
COBIT or ISO/IEC 27001 certifications
Cloud or Network Architecture Certifications (AWS, Azure, Cisco, etc.)
You will hold a key leadership position in powering the infrastructure of a national brand. If you thrive in fast-paced environments where uptime, operational agility, and modern tech environments directly drive business strategy, we would love to hear from you.
