Job Summary

The Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring effective communication of sales targets and performance updates, conducting compliance checks, and performing quality assurance on proof of execution submitted by branches. The role supports management in maintaining operational excellence, accuracy, and adherence to company standards across all branches.

Key Responsibilities

1. Target and Performance Communication

• Consolidate, analyze, and disseminate sales targets and performance results to all branches.
• Monitor branch performance against set targets and provide timely updates and insights.
• Coordinate with Area and Regional Managers to ensure alignment on goals and corrective actions.

2. Compliance Checking

• Verify that all branches adhere to company policies, operational guidelines, and reporting standards.
• Conduct periodic audits and submit compliance reports with identified gaps and recommendations.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure proper implementation of corrective actions.

3. Quality Checking of Branches’ Proof of Execution

• Review and validate all Proof of Execution (POE) submissions from branches to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assess the quality and authenticity of supporting documentation, photos, or reports.
• Provide feedback and coordinate with branches to correct discrepancies or incomplete submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and other reporting tools.
