924 Hellmann Shared Service Center Inc. is seeking an IT Network Engineer to support and operate our network infrastructure across multiple locations.

You will participate in IT projects, monitor network performance, patch devices, and ensure security compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires English proficiency and prior experience with Fortinet security devices, as well as certifications such as CCNA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of network experience, preferably in cross-country environments.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Experience in monitoring and maintaining IT network infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Support and operate IT Network infrastructure with company standards.

About the Job

• Support and operate IT Network infrastructure with company standards
• Participate in projects for IT infrastructure across different locations
• Regular maintenance and monitoring of Network Infrastructure
• Monitoring network utilization, equipment patching and network security compliance
• Work with teams to provide support and manage IT network services
• Work with external vendors for services support and maintenance
• Assist Regional team for network support and implementation

Responsibilities include conducting regular maintenance, monitoring for optimizations, and implementing security measures. Additionally, the engineer creates documentation and collaborates with cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• IT related certificates (CCNA, Fortinet etc) holder is an advantage
• Operation / Maintain Fortinet Firewall and Security devices experience is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years related experience, especially in cross country network environment
• Track working experience for manage Network Firewal
• Good command of spoken and written English
