Job summary

Chef's Secret, Inc. seeks a senior IT leader to direct all information technology functions across the organization, ensuring reliable IT services and strategic alignment with business goals.

You will oversee IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, systems integration, and digital transformation initiatives, lead a skilled IT team, and mentor staff while steering on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in information technology.
• At least three (3) years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, ERP, warehouse, or production systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all information technology functions of Chef's Secret, Inc.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and systems integration.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and provide technical leadership.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the IT team on-call basis.
