Job summary

Excelitas Technologies Corp. in Manila, Philippines seeks an IT Manager-Central Applications to lead the delivery, support, governance and continuous improvement of enterprise business applications.

Primary focus is SharePoint Online, Power Platform, SAP SuccessFactors and related integrations to improve efficiency and employee experience. The role partners with business stakeholders and IT teams, directing a team of developers and analysts to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant applications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise applications, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience delivering application development, implementation, enhancement, integration, and data migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform, including architecture, governance, security, compliance, and licensing.
• Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, testing, change management, and project delivery methodologies.
• Ability to manage vendors, implementation partners, resources, and operational activities effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Our facility in Manila, Philippines has been operating since 1996 with key functions in Design and Development, Engineering, Manufacturing and other disciplines. This site specializes in product design, process development and mass production of Photodiodes, Photodiode Arrays and High-Performance Sensors. These product technologies are primarily for LiDAR applications such as autonomous vehicles and range finding, as well as safety and security applications including smoke detection and luggage scanning.

We are presently seeking for an IT Manager-Central Applications who shall be responsible for leading the delivery, support, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise business applications, with primary responsibility for SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform, SAP SuccessFactors, and related integrations and business solutions. This role partners with business stakeholders, functional leaders, and IT teams to assess business requirements, define technology solutions, and deliver projects that improve operational efficiency, employee experience, and business processes. The IT Manager provides leadership to a team of developers and business analysts, ensuring project delivery, application support, and alignment with organizational objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform, including architecture, governance, security, compliance, and licensing.


• Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, testing, change management, and project delivery methodologies.


• Ability to manage vendors, implementation partners, resources, and operational activities effectively.


• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

The following attributes are considered desirable, but not essential for the role:

Desirable Attributes

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HR IT Systems (such as UltiPro)


• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off, Payroll, IAS/IPS, and Integration Suite.


• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Graph, and Microsoft 365 Administration.


• Experience with SharePoint migration projects and migration tools (such as SPMT or ShareGate).


• Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, SAP SuccessFactors, or Project Management certifications.
