Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an experienced IT leader to oversee all IT functions at Pasig site, including infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, systems integration, and digital transformation initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS or related field, at least five years in IT, and a minimum of three years in supervision. Manufacturing, ERP, warehouse or production systems experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years progressive IT experience.
• At least three (3) years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, ERP, warehouse, or production systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all IT functions including infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and systems integration.
• Oversee technical support and digital transformation initiatives.
