Job summary

Filoil Logistics Corporation is seeking an IT Intern in the IT Department to support hardware, networking, and IT infrastructure. This internship provides hands-on training, enabling students to apply theoretical knowledge in a corporate setting.

Location is BGC, Taguig City. Duration requires a minimum 450 hours with an allowance of ₱300 per 8-hour workday, offering exposure to real-world IT operations, documentation, and participation in IT projects.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related course.
• Knowledge in hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN setup, cabling, and IP configuration.
• Understanding of network devices such as switches, routers, and wireless access points.
• Basic skills in Windows operating system installation and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support in diagnosing and resolving computer hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and preventive maintenance of desktops, laptops, and IT peripherals.
• Support the monitoring and troubleshooting of LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
• Assist in managing network devices such as routers, switches, and access points.
• Help document IT activities, hardware inventory, and system configurations.
• Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and hardware deployment.
• Follow company IT policies, data security protocols, and compliance standards.
