I. Job Purpose
The IT Intern will support the IT Department in maintaining and troubleshooting the company's computer hardware, networking systems, and related infrastructure. This internship is designed to provide practical training and exposure to corporate IT operations, allowing students to apply their academic knowledge in a professional setting.
Duration: 450 hours minimum
Allowance: ₱300 per 8-hour workday
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Provide technical support in diagnosing and resolving computer hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and preventive maintenance of desktops, laptops, and IT peripherals.
Support the monitoring and troubleshooting of LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
Assist in managing network devices such as routers, switches, and access points.
Help document IT activities, hardware inventory, and system configurations.
Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and hardware deployment.
Follow company IT policies, data security protocols, and compliance standards.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related course.
Technical Skills
Knowledge in computer hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and repair.
Familiarity with LAN/WAN setup, cabling, and IP configuration.
Understanding of network devices such as switches, routers, and wireless access points.
Basic skills in Windows operating system installation and configuration.
Soft Skills
