Job summary

Crowdsource Solutions Inc. is seeking an IT Automation Intern to help develop, maintain, and improve automation workflows across multiple systems. The ideal candidate learns quickly, has strong problem-solving skills, and can translate business processes into efficient automation solutions.

You will design and manage automations with n8n or similar tools, map workflows in Miro, and collaborate with the team to deliver scalable automation. Primarily remote with occasional onsite work in Makati.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Academic internship required as part of school curriculum.
• Must complete at least 400 internship hours for program.
• Experience with JavaScript, JSON and SQL is preferred.
• Familiarity with automation platforms like n8n, Zapier or Make is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing automation workflows.

• Design, develop, and manage automations using n8n or similar platforms.

• Map business processes into clear workflow diagrams and flowcharts using Miro.

• Develop solutions for complex workflows involving multiple systems and integrations.

• Support the development of scalable automation solutions tailored to business needs.

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members to understand requirements and resolve issues.

• Take initiative in identifying opportunities for process improvement and demonstrate leadership potential.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Must be completing an academic internship as a school requirement.

• Must be required by the school to complete at least 400 internship hours.

• Has knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, and SQL.

• Familiarity with automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make (formerly Integromat) is an advantage.

• Comfortable using Miro to design and visualize workflow logic.

• Willing to learn new technologies and work on complex automation tasks involving multiple systems and integrations.

• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and effective communication skills.

Working Arrangement

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Setup: Primarily work-from-home, with occasional onsite work as needed
