Job summary

Crowdsource Solutions, Inc. is seeking an IT Assistant to design, develop, maintain, and optimize automation workflows that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

You will work with automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, and Docker to develop scalable solutions. The ideal candidate has strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle complex automation tasks across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• BS in IT, CS or related field.
• Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Can handle very complex automation tasks with multiple systems and integration.
• Experience with automation tools like n8n, Zapier, Make.
• Comfortable using Miro for workflow design.
• Knowledgeable in: JavaScript, JSON, SQL, HTML(basic formatting).
• Hosting environments and Docker for self-hosted automation platforms like n8n.
• Good communicator, organized, and self-driven.
• Leadership potential is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Continue and improve existing automation workflows
• Design, build, and manage automations using n8n or similar platforms
• Translate processes into clear logic maps and flowcharts using Miro
• Solve problems and build scalable solutions for custom workflows and integrations
• Communicate clearly with team members
• Take initiative and show leadership potential
