Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to manage physical server deployments, cabling, racks, and hardware setups across office and field sites.

The role focuses on on-site work, asset inventory, and hands-on hardware tasks, with opportunities to contribute to infrastructure projects and field deployments. Qualified candidates have IT/CE background and 2+ years in hardware installation, server maintenance, and cabling, plus a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or vocational training in IT/CE or a technical field
• At least 2+ years experience in hardware installation, server maintenance, and cabling
• Strong troubleshooting skills for physical hardware and peripheral devices

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and inventory physical IT assets, racks, power units, and hardware components
• Conduct cabling management, server room maintenance, and hardware replacement tasks
• Assist in infrastructure project setups across office locations and field sites

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deploy, maintain, and inventory physical IT assets, racks, power units, and hardware components

• Conduct cabling management, server room maintenance, and hardware replacement tasks

• Assist in infrastructure project setups across office locations and field sites

• Conduct hardware troubleshooting and equipment maintenance checks

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Vocational/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or technical discipline

• Physically fit and willing to handle field/site deployments
