Job summary

Manila Water Philippine Ventures is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure across designated sites in the Philippines. You will coordinate with corporate office, site personnel, and security to deliver reliable services and security.

The role requires strong expertise in infrastructure management, ITIL practices, and vendor coordination, with a track record of delivering available, scalable solutions and budget

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience on IT infrastructure management and support.
• IT Certifications an advantage (Microsoft certifications, CCNA, CompTIA Network+).
• IT Service Management (ITIL certified).
• Attended technical training and courses related to IT infra management, operations and support.
• Graduate of IT/ECE related courses.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the planning of the IT infrastructure across designated sites and facilities, including new businesses. Coordinates with the corporate office, site personnel and information security to gather requirements and plan according to the standards.
• Prepares the implementation and execution plan of the infrastructure initiatives.
• Implement preventive maintenance, upgrades and security patching are performed on IT assets.
• Implement monitoring of network components for availability, capacity, and security. Coordinates with network, operations centers, and service desk on enrolling devices to the monitoring systems and processes.
• Manage the servers and applications located at the sites to ensure availability, capacity, and security.
• Coordinate with applications support/vendors/service providers to maintain the application systems.
• Provision users with workstations/laptops installed productivity and security tools.
• Manage resources and providers to support the requirements and needs of the users.
• Prepares the budget data for the components, systems and services across designated Region.
• Review capex and opex reports
• Publish reports on availability, capacity and issues/incidents and service level performance for designated Region.
• Review performance of internal resources and providers. Initiate actions to address issues and concerns.
