Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, systems administration, or network engineering.
• Hands-on experience with network infrastructure, servers (Windows/Linux), and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components including servers, storage, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed health checks of IT infrastructure components including servers and network devices.
• Conduct system diagnostics to identify performance issues and security vulnerabilities.
• Generate health check reports for senior management with performance bottlenecks.
