Job summary

ACEN Shared Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP Basis/System Administrator to manage SAP S/4HANA landscapes across development, test, and production. You will perform upgrades, patches, system refreshes, client copies, and transport management, while monitoring performance and security controls.

The role requires 5 years in SAP Basis, deep SAP S/4HANA/HANA expertise, and strong IT compliance knowledge. Experience with ITIL processes and ISO 27001 is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in IT, CS, CE or related IT/Engineering field.
• 5 years of experience in SAP Basis/System Administration.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA database management and maintenance.
• Skilled in SAP Transport Management, user/role administration, databases, backup/recovery, networking and cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP security and IT compliance practices.
• Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, ISO 27001 and service management.
• Experience in system administration, design and planning.
• Experience supporting SAP in shared services, energy/utilities or industrial sectors.
