Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8-12 years IT experience with at least 5 years in service delivery or infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and ITIL processes.
• Experience managing SLAs, major incidents, client relationships, and P&L.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred; Agile or PMP certification is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of managed IT infrastructure services and ensure SLAs are met.
• Lead major incident resolution and coordinate escalation when needed.
• Manage account financial performance (P/L) and optimize service costs.
• Build strong client relationships and drive continuous service improvement.

Job Title: Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager

Job Summary:

Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of managed IT infrastructure services, ensuring SLAs are achieved, service quality is maintained, and customer satisfaction remains high. The role manages infrastructure operations, leads major incident resolution, oversees account financial performance (P&L), and builds strong client relationships while driving continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• 8-12 years of IT experience, including 5+ years in a service delivery or infrastructure leadership role.
• Experience managing infrastructure services, including Windows (Wintel), Linux, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Strong knowledge of ITIL service management, SLA management, and major incident handling.
• Experience with financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L.
• ITIL Foundation certification required or preferred; Agile, PMP, or other project management certifications are an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem solving skills.
