Job summary

SLA in the Philippines (Santa Clara, Bulacan) is seeking a Helpdesk/Technical Support professional to respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain IT documentation. The role includes assisting in setup of new equipment and providing user training on new systems and applications.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field and prior helpdesk or technical support experience is preferred.
