Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor IT governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Support IT budget planning, expense monitoring, financial reporting, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Monitor IT spending and resource utilization to ensure expenses are within the approved budget.
• Oversee IT asset management, including procurement, inventory tracking, assignment, maintenance, and disposal of IT equipment and software.
• Monitor the IT asset lifecycle to ensure proper documentation, utilization, and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding IT procurement, contracts, renewals, pricing, and service delivery.
• Track software licenses, subscriptions, warranties, and maintenance agreements to ensure timely renewals and proper usage.
• Monitor IT risks, compliance requirements, and internal controls, and assist in audits and compliance reviews.
• Prepare reports on IT budgets, expenses, asset inventory, procurement, and compliance status for management review.
• Coordinate with IT teams, Finance, Procurement, and other departments to ensure proper budget control, asset accountability, and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT governance processes, reduce costs, and ensure IT resources are aligned with business needs.
