Job summary

University of Perpetual Help System Laguna Inc. is seeking a qualified educator for its Pangasinan Campus. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS and 1–2 years of teaching or related industry experience in software development, networking, or IT operations.

Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in Python/Java/C++, web/mobile development, databases, networks, and cybersecurity, with strong communication and mentoring skills. CHED guidelines may prefer/require a Master’s degree.

• Education:

• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of teaching experience in higher education or relevant industry experience in software development, networking, or IT operations.

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in key IT domains such as programming (e.g., Python, Java, C++), web/mobile development, database management, computer networks, or cybersecurity.

• Key Skills & Certifications:

  • Strong classroom management, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Industry certifications (e.g., Cisco/CCNA, CompTIA, AWS, Microsoft) are a strong plus.

  • Passion for mentoring students, curriculum enhancement, and research.

• Location Requirement: Willing to be assigned to our Pangasinan Campus.
