Responsibilities

• Acts as the Project Manager for ITG project activities, utilizing Agile or Waterfall methodologies based on project requirements.
• Leads and oversees the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring that timelines, quality standards, scope, and objectives are met.
• Drives the development and continuous improvement of the delivery pipeline to enhance delivery speed, quality, efficiency, and overall project performance.
• Performs project management activities using either Agile or Waterfall methodologies, as appropriate.
• Prepares, develops, and maintains the Project Plan and Work Plan, ensuring that all necessary approvals are secured.
• Prepares and maintains Project Status Reports, providing regular updates on project schedule, scope, quality, milestones, and overall delivery status.
• Monitors and tracks project budgets, costs, and financial requirements, as applicable.
• Identifies, documents, and monitors project risks, issues, and dependencies, while working closely with the project team to facilitate timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Manages and coordinates project resources, ensuring proper allocation and utilization to support successful project delivery.
• Collaborates with stakeholders, project teams, and relevant IT functions to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensures that project activities, deliverables, and documentation are properly tracked and maintained in accordance with established processes and standards.
