Job summary

Our Clients is hiring a Senior Associate – Digital Trust Services (Consulting Practice) in Makati City. This on-site, full-time role leads teams delivering information security, governance, and resilience management services for client engagements.

You will guide the team, document complex processes with clients, and communicate milestones and challenges with project management while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• At least three years of work experience in business consulting engagements or IT assurance projects.
• Exposure to Information Security, Cybersecurity Governance, Resilience Management, IT Security, or IT Governance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management, critical thinking and analytical abilities.
• Preferred certifications such as ISO 27001/ISO 22301 Lead Auditor/Implementer, CC, CompTIA or CPA.

Responsibilities

• Act as the team leader during business consulting engagements in information security, cybersecurity governance, and resilience management services.
• Facilitate walkthrough sessions with clients to document complex business and IT processes.
• Lead, mentor, and drive the project team toward defined goals and deliverables.
• Maintain open communication with the Project Manager and Partners regarding milestones and challenges.
• Direct report to the Project Manager and/or Engagement Partner within the Digital Trust Services Practice Area.

In This Role You Are Responsible For

In this role, you will act as a team leader in business consulting engagements, focusing on information security, cybersecurity governance, and resilience management services. You will guide your team to meet project objectives while maintaining transparent communication with project managers regarding wins and challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the team leader during business consulting engagements, particularly within information security, cybersecurity governance, and resilience management services.
• Facilitate walkthrough sessions with clients to understand and document complex business and IT processes.
• Lead, mentor, and drive the project team toward successfully achieving defined project goals and deliverables.
• Maintain open, proactive communication channels with the Project Manager and Partners regarding project milestones, wins, and operational challenges.
• Direct report to the assigned Project Manager and/or Engagement Partner within the Digital Trust Services Practice Area.

Qualifications

• Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• At least three (3) years of solid work experience in business consulting engagements or IT assurance projects.
• Proven exposure to domains such as Information Security, Cybersecurity Governance, Resilience Management, IT Security, or IT Governance.
• Exhibits excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates exceptional time management, critical thinking, and analytical capabilities.
• Preferred but not mandatory: Holder of professional certifications such as ISO 27001/ISO 22301 Lead Auditor or Implementer, Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), CompTIA certifications, or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
