Job summary

Our Clients in Makati City is seeking a Senior Associate for Digital Trust Services. You will lead consulting engagements in information security, cybersecurity governance, and resilience management, guiding your team to meet project objectives with clear communication to project managers.

You will mentor the project team, document processes, and coordinate with engagement partners to ensure milestones are achieved while maintaining client focus and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in business consulting engagements or IT assurance.
• Exposure to information security and resilience management domains.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management, critical thinking and analytical capabilities.
• Certifications such as ISO 27001/22301, CC, CPA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the team leader during business consulting engagements, particularly within information security, cybersecurity governance, and resilience management services.
• Facilitate walkthrough sessions with clients to understand and document complex business and IT processes.
• Lead, mentor, and drive the project team toward successfully achieving defined project goals and deliverables.
• Maintain open, proactive communication channels with the Project Manager and Partners regarding project milestones, wins, and operational challenges.
• Direct report to the assigned Project Manager and/or Engagement Partner within the Digital Trust Services Practice Area.

In This Role You Are Responsible For

In this role, you will act as a team leader in business consulting engagements, focusing on information security, cybersecurity governance, and resilience management services. You will guide your team to meet project objectives while maintaining transparent communication with project managers regarding wins and challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the team leader during business consulting engagements, particularly within information security, cybersecurity governance, and resilience management services.
• Facilitate walkthrough sessions with clients to understand and document complex business and IT processes.
• Lead, mentor, and drive the project team toward successfully achieving defined project goals and deliverables.
• Maintain open, proactive communication channels with the Project Manager and Partners regarding project milestones, wins, and operational challenges.
• Direct report to the assigned Project Manager and/or Engagement Partner within the Digital Trust Services Practice Area.

Qualifications

• Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• At least three (3) years of solid work experience in business consulting engagements or IT assurance projects.
• Proven exposure to domains such as Information Security, Cybersecurity Governance, Resilience Management, IT Security, or IT Governance.
• Exhibits excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates exceptional time management, critical thinking, and analytical capabilities.
• Preferred but not mandatory: Holder of professional certifications such as ISO 27001/ISO 22301 Lead Auditor or Implementer, Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), CompTIA certifications, or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
