Job summary

Our Clients in Makati City is seeking an experienced IT Assurance Senior Associate to lead technology risk engagements, IT controls reviews, and information security governance. You will manage projects, supervise junior team members, and deliver high-quality advisory services to clients in various industries.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS/Cybersecurity, at least three years in IT assurance or related fields, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of IT assurance, IT audit, or technology risk experience.
• Experience leading or coordinating consulting or assurance engagements.
• Strong IT controls, information security, and cybersecurity governance knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT assurance and technology risk engagements from planning to completion.
• Perform IT control reviews, risk assessments, and compliance evaluations.
• Facilitate client meetings, walkthroughs, and interviews to gather requirements.
• Review workpapers and engagement documentation by junior team members.
• Develop and review policies and governance documentation on information security.
• Coordinate with Project Managers on progress, risks, and deliverables.
• Mentor junior consultants to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Prepare reports and present findings and recommendations to clients.

We are looking for an experienced IT Assurance Senior Associate to lead technology assurance and consulting engagements involving IT controls, information security, cybersecurity governance, and technology risk. This role requires a client-focused professional who can manage project activities, supervise junior team members, and deliver high-quality advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT assurance and technology risk consulting engagements from planning through completion.
• Perform IT control reviews, risk assessments, and compliance evaluations.
• Facilitate client meetings, walkthroughs, and interviews to gather project requirements.
• Review workpapers, testing results, and engagement documentation prepared by junior team members.
• Develop and review policies, procedures, and governance documentation related to information security and business resilience.
• Coordinate with Project Managers regarding engagement progress, project risks, and key deliverables.
• Mentor and support junior consultants to ensure quality and timely project execution.
• Prepare reports and present findings and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT assurance, IT audit, technology risk, cybersecurity consulting, or IT governance.
• Experience leading or coordinating consulting or assurance engagements.
• Strong understanding of IT controls, information security, cybersecurity governance, and technology risk management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple client engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer Certification
• ISO 22301 Certification
• Certified in Cybersecurity (CC)
• CompTIA Security+
• CPA is an advantage
