Job summary

AUMOVIO Germany GmbH in Manila seeks a Network Security Specialist to actively contribute to service design and 3rd level support for Next-Generation Firewalling and Network Access Control. You will coordinate with global teams and external partners while ensuring secure connectivity services.

Responsibilities include infrastructure management, incident handling, escalation, and driving improvements through automation and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

Job Description Active collaboration in the Service design, technical design, consulting of Aumovio global Network Security services: Next Generation Firewalling, Network Access Control. Responsible of operational incident and change management (3rd level support) in area of Network Security services: Next Generation Firewalling, Network Access Control.

Responsible of infrastructure management (configuration, maintenance, upgrade, vulnerability patching, …) for Next Generation Firewalling and Network Access Control. Communication and coordination of activities with external suppliers, hardware vendors and internal departments for service‑related topics (Design, Provider Mgmt, Demand Mgmt., Implementation, Incidents, Changes)

Drive Escalation and Problem Management processes with internal IT teams and external service providers. Develop and recommend measures to improve the network and network security infrastructure by considering functionality and costs.

Support Application and Service Owner with complex performance problems related to the Secure Connectivity Solutions: analysis, setup different scenarios, document performance measurements, troubleshooting, testing. Develop, provision and maintain an automation, orchestration and analysis platform for Secure Connectivity Solutions services. Project work in global teams.

Responsible for knowledge sharing meetings in own area of expertise. Responsible to define work instructions, documentation and training materials.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in the networking area: Network topologies & Network protocols
• Advanced knowledge in the area of Cisco
• Next Generation Firewalling
• Basic knowledge in the area of Cisco ISE
• Basic Knowledge in the area of network automation & monitoring
• Knowledge of IT Service Management tool and processes
• DevOps skills is a bonus
• Fluent English
• Good communication skills
• Experience in working as part of a global acting and multicultural team, with international supplier/vendors
• Proven experience (2-3 years) within company managing Firewalls operationally
• Network Access Control solution experience is a plus
