Job summary

GCash is seeking a Compliance Testing professional to participate in risk assessment scheduling and testing. You will identify controls, define testing activities, track outcomes, and oversee self-assessments to ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires knowledge of BSP and AMLC regulations, strong analytical and reporting skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a FinTech environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of Compliance Risk Assessment and Testing schedules.
• Identify testing controls and develop strategies to ensure appropriate testing.
• Define the testing activities to meet objectives.
• Track and report Testing Activities.
• Oversee Self-Assessment of Testing subjects.
• Identify applicable regulations to the operation of the business.
• Conduct testing to assess compliance with Testing subjects.
• Other tasks as delegated by Compliance Testing Head/COO.
