Our Clients in Metro Manila is seeking an Associate Director – IT Business Partnering & Project Management to lead an integrated technology delivery function. The role spans strategic business partnering, portfolio governance, and end-to-end project delivery, ensuring value realization and strong business alignment.

The incumbent will drive demand shaping, roadmap prioritization, and governance across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid projects, while guiding senior stakeholders and coordinating

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT Business Partnering and Project Management functions.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and financial governance skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead IT Business Partnering to shape demand, roadmaps, business cases and prioritization.
• Oversee IT project and programme delivery with robust planning, RAID management and governance.
• Embed PMO governance practices including reporting standards, risk and issue management, and benefits tracking.
• Build a unified operating model connecting demand, delivery and governance across the lifecycle.
• Lead and develop IT delivery teams, promoting accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Manage portfolio finances, forecasting, cost tracking, and resource planning.
