• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories. Work with the dev team to ensure the solutions are feasible and aligned with the technical capabilities.
• Design end-to-end solutions per Excellence Area that determine business needs.
• Keep up to date with technology trends and assess suitability for business objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and collaborate with dev teams to ensure the implementation of solutions.
