Job summary

Siegen HR Solutions is seeking experienced professionals to support application maintenance delivery. The role focuses on incident resolution, problem management, and service management processes while engaging with end users to address incidents and enhancement requests.

Responsibilities include designing and testing functional and technical components, driving test planning and execution, and ensuring high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Experienced in application maintenance delivery including incidents resolution, problem management, minor enhancements and service management processes.
• ITIL certification preferred
• Adept in interfacing with client end users to address incidents and deliver enhancement requests.
• Developing and testing detailed functional/technical designs for business solution components.
• Driving test planning and execution (break-fix, enhancements and problem management delivery).
• Degree or equivalent requirement with industry experience.
• Desire to work in an information systems environment.
• Excellent communication skills both in written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and resolve incidents for applications and services.
• Address enhancement requests from end users and stakeholders.
• Assist in designing and testing functional and technical components.
